Scrappies (Shropshire Childrens Recycling and scrap store) are a recycling charity based in Church Stretton on the edge of the south Shropshire hills. They accept donations and offer free collections of scrap material such as textiles, cardboard, plastics and any general bric-a-brac and unwanted items. They also run fun educational activities using waste items for art projects whilst at the same time helping young people learn about recycling. If you are an artist, a school group or just want something to do with your kids on a rainy day you should visit their shop and see the treasure trove of materials available.
